Fiber optic cables are used to quickly and securely transmit data. LASER COMPONENTS' cables have a numerical aperture of 0.37 and are available in stock with core diameters of 200, 300, 400, or 600 μm - delivery times are thus particularly short. The following types of cable are available: simplex, zipcord, duplex, and multichannel cables are ready - it is even possible to combine different fiber diameters in a single design.
At LASER COMPONENTS we also offer products according to customer specifications, as special requirements demand special cables - for example, in sensor technology, plant engineering, wind power applications, and aeronautics. Customized solutions can be cables for special wavelengths or with an NA of 0.22. Rodent protectors can also be integrated, and the cable can be designed for temperatures > 100°C.
In addition to conventional materials such as PVC, PU, PE, and LSZH, the cables can also be delivered according to customer specifications - starting at a length of 300 m.
Thanks to the in-house production, all cables can be equipped with all common connector systems: These cables can be assembled with SMA, ST, FC, V-PIN, or DIN connectors; narrow tolerances of length are feasible.
