​The Danish private equity firm, CataCap, has signed an agreement to acquire e-Boks from its two owners, Nets and PostNord.

​Nexi will simplify the organisation by combining the two merchant serving business areas and further empower the regional management to strengthen local cross-business collaboration. Torsten Hagen Jørgensen has decided to leave the company, and Christian Segersven takes over as Chief Business Officer for Issuing Solutions in Nordics.​

IN Groupe and Nets, part of Nexi Group, are pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Nets’ eID business to IN Groupe – a deal signed in in November 2023. The responsibility of the operations and further development of the Danish digital identity service MitID and other related eID services is now with IN Groupe. IN Groupe and Nets now initiate a secure and seamless transition.

​Nets moves on to the next phase of the change journey welcoming Allan Bonke as new Country General Manager in Denmark. Also, the new composition of the Nets board will further strengthen the link to group management and ensure operational agility
