The study, conducted at Sidara’s regional HQ in London, found that applying occupancy-based room conditioning led to an average 22% reduction in energy use and carbon emissions—while maintaining healthy indoor air quality. With these setbacks in place, conference rooms operated in a more energy-efficient state 76% of the time during the study period.
