The company

Our client is a trading company for solid wood furniture (www.massivmoebel24.de) founded in 2008 and still on the rise, based in Stadelhofen. The company, which operates on a sustainable
basis and has around 80 employees, is growing continuously and is constantly developing its
operation processes. For international procurement, the company needs a Head of Procurement who can, together with the management, reach the next level in company´s development.


Your tasks

In your role as Head of Procurement m/f/d, you will perform the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of procurement strategies regarding costs, qualities and availability/duration
• Negotiation and maintenance of relationships with international suppliers and partners
• Ensuring and documenting legal requirements for the import of products, e.g. EUDR, supply chain, ESG, traceability, etc.
• Leading the internal and external design teams in the development of new award-winning
  designs - "idea2shelf"
• Product life cycle design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and goals
• Ensuring data integrity and quality in all relevant systems
• Responsibility for product master data

Your qualifications

Educational qualifications: You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or similar.

Professional experience: We require a substantial professional experience in international procurement.

Management experience: You have at least initial leadership experience in remotely managing a team.
