J-Assure Advanced Services are available in four packages, and may include service management, customer-focused technical support and proactive services.
Prime features service management, which provides a designated advocate within Juniper for account coordination and case escalations.
Prime Plus offers service providers and large enterprises direct access to a designated team of expert resources 24x7 with extensive knowledge of the customer's specific network and business.
ProACT combines senior engineers to provide forward-looking services to optimize network performance with service management.
ProACT Plus is a combination of Prime Plus features and ProACT, which is designed for mission critical networks where the network is the business.
Juniper Networks' partners also have the opportunity to leverage the J-Assure program. J-Partners, whether distributors or VARs, can tie themselves more closely to their customers by offering a more complete support package using J-Assure Advanced Services.
