First German carbon removal park relies on biochar production with PYREG - NetZero technology carbonizes biogenic residues into CO2-binding biochar and produces renewable energy

The Carbon Removal Park Baltic Sea in Grevesmühlen is a unique example in Germany of a holistic approach to CO₂ removal and green heat generation. Each year 3,200 t of CO₂ will be removed from the atmosphere, 6,600 MWh of climate-neutral heat will be generated, and 1,700 t of biochar will be produced, which can be used as a soil conditioner in agriculture, among other things.

In der Zeit vom 14.-16. Juni hat Doosan Lentjes gemeinsam mit ihrer Muttergesellschaft Doosan Enerbility das Waste to Energy Asia Summit in Jakarta, Indonesien, besucht. Unser Kollege, Philipp Stolzenburg, Senior Sales Manager, hielt dort einen Vortrag über die Doosan-Lentjes-WtE-Technologie für indonesische Siedlungsabfälle. Darüber hinaus nahm er an einer Podiumsdiskussion teil, bei der es um die Überwindung von Hindernissen bei Waste-to-Energy-Projekten in Indonesien ging.

Der von Green Energy 3000 geplante und an einen deutschen Investor verkaufte Windpark im französischen Villers-le-Tourneur (Region Grand-Est) ist im August 2021 durch den Eigentümer in Betrieb genommen worden. Green Energy 3000 hat den Bau planerisch begleitet. Insgesamt 5 Windturbinen vom Anlagentyp Nordex N-117 mit einer Nabenhöhe von 91 m und einer Gesamtleistung von 15 MW werden zukünftig laut vorliegenden Prognosen mehr als 10.000 Haushalte mit nachhaltig erzeugtem Strom versorgen.
