In our semi-standardized TB30 belt conveyors, the Italian company Sintech has found the perfect solution for its loading and unloading cells and inspection lines for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. They are equipped with brushless drives, medically specific side guides, and low-friction belts. This is how the TB30 belt conveyors fulfill all the requirements of the medical and pharmaceutical sectors with regard to speed, quality, and precision.

For example: After an intensive exchange with a machine manufacturer, we were able to implement a custom-tailored solution: A production line with a TB40 belt conveyor and a RB50 roller conveyor – connected with the Quick-Set and framed by side guides with rollers.

Variable-speed Conveyor System
A square conveyor system as a space-saving and application-oriented solution for efficiently and safely buffering, inspecting, classifying, and preparing the material for the next work process. While integrated indexing stations on the conveyor circuit inspect the components completely automatically, an independent belt conveyor with four individually controllable belt sections then ejects the components.

The example of a mechanical engineering company shows just how crucial the height can be. For its production line, it needed a compact belt conveyor. The TB40 provided the perfect solution.
