Die Freie Apothekerschaft (FA) hat kürzlich sowohl beim Bundesgesundheitsministerium (BMG) als auch beim Verwaltungsgericht (VG) Berlin einen bedeutenden Schritt unternommen, indem sie einen Eilantrag zur Streichung der Niederlande von der Länderliste für Apotheken eingereicht hat. Diese Liste regelt, aus welchen EU-Mitgliedstaaten deutsche Apotheken Medikamente beziehen dürfen, und bildet seit Jahren den Rahmen für den Arzneimittelversandhandel nach Deutschland.

Der BGH strebt mit dieser Maßnahme an, rechtliche Klarheit zu schaffen und eine klare Grenze zwischen den beiden Konzepten zu ziehen. Dies geht aus einem kürzlich veröffentlichten Beschluss vom 13. Juli hervor.
